Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she quit gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In just one year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009 she had won four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the contest. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position at the level of Fitness despite not having any expectations. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device and the seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
